The equipment utilizes epoxy resin casting technology to achieve a fully insulated, fully sealed, and maintenance-free design. Unaffected by external environmental factors, it ensures both operational reliability and safety for personnel.

The directional heat dissipation technology employed in this prefabricated box-type substation is tailored to the specific layout of the internal high-voltage, transformer, and low-voltage compartments. A corresponding number of air-extraction structures are strategically positioned to guide airflow. This rapid air circulation effectively lowers temperatures in potential "hot spots" while simultaneously reducing the accumulation of dust on the surfaces of electrical components.

The sand- and salt-mist-protection technology incorporates a multi-layer filtration and barrier design, combined with closable ventilation channels. This configuration effectively satisfies the substation's heat dissipation requirements while preventing sand and salt mist from corroding internal components, thereby enhancing operational reliability and extending the service life of the equipment in harsh environments.

The expandable structural design of the box-type substation effectively reduces the density of electrical components within the enclosure. This minimizes mutual interference caused by the close proximity of components and provides ample clearance for critical electrical equipment, facilitating easier maintenance and more efficient heat dissipation. Ultimately, this contributes to the overall operational stability of the entire substation.

The rain-protection structural design features improvements to the door canopy, door panels, and the joint structures connecting the enclosure panels to the base frame. These enhancements ensure that rainwater striking the enclosure cannot penetrate the gaps in the doors or the base frame joints. Consequently, the interior cavity of the substation-including all seams and crevices-remains consistently dry, thereby preventing insulation failures caused by moisture, dust, or other contaminants, and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
